One of FPNKY previous families reached out to share the excitement of the oldest son receiving his GED! Mom stated "I cried as soon as I walked in the door!!! And he got a "real" job yesterday!!! At Rumpke!!!! I know I've said it a million times but thank you for all you did for us!!! "
FPNKY guest was over the moon to have accepted a position at a local day care who will offer trainings and certifications for growth! This mother has worked very hard to become a role model for her children!

Family Promise would like to thank Balbina and Karen of American Savings Bank for coming to the center to teach financial literacy to our guest families! Partnerships like these are crucial to our program and we are always looking for ways to incorporate more day to day basics that are needed for sustainability.
On April 19th friends, family and colleagues gathered at Lakeside, Florence and Cold Spring Barleycorns to support our mission. We would like to thank Barleycorns for the partnership! With the help of everyone who participated and shared the word we were able to raise over $800!

Family Promise recently partnered with Sweet Cheeks Diaper Bank! Sweet Cheeks will provide supplemental diapers to every child in need during their stay in shelter!

As you know, family photos have become a luxury for many individuals in our communities. Family Promise partners with local photographers regularly to provide family photos for our shelter guest during their stay in the program.
Family Promise has been busy with the recent holiday season. With the help of many volunteers we were able to collect enough gifts for each family in shelter. Family Promise volunteers also provided indivudal meals for our families during the holiday stay.

Family Promise staff and one of our VERY deserving families drove to Louisville, KY to pick up a donated vehicle gifted to our family! We could not be more thankful for Pull-A-Part auto parts! Not only did Pull-A-Part donate the vehicle they also filled the trunk with Christmas gifts for the children! As you can see it was a very exciting day for all around.
Santa made an appearance at the day center! The kids were over the moon that Santa knew thier names and brought one of their favorite toys just days before he made his delivery run.
